First Fidgets & Big Smiles: Bumpa Built Visits Enfield High

Yesterday, the Bumpa Built team had the joy of partnering with Enfield High School in Enfield, Connecticut, to host a very special creative experience for their summer program serving students with special needs.

We brought along our “Fun Size Friends” — 3D printed fidgets that are designed to be customized — and gave each student the chance to color and design their own however they wanted. The kids, ranging in age from 12 to 22, jumped right in with vibrant colors, detailed patterns, and boundless imagination.

For many of them, this was their very first introduction to the world of Bumpa Built. Watching their eyes light up as they held and personalized their new fidgets was nothing short of magical. Some carefully planned their designs, while others let the colors flow freely — but every fidget became a unique reflection of its creator.

Even the teachers got in on the fun, and several commented on how amazed they were to see their students so focused and engaged.

We were blown away by the creativity, the joy, and the pure artistic expression we witnessed throughout the morning. Huge thanks to the incredible staff at Enfield High for welcoming us so warmly. We’re honored to have been part of this experience, and we’re already looking forward to the next visit!

At Bumpa Built, it’s days like this that remind us why we do what we do — because every kid deserves the chance to build, create, and be proud of what they’ve made.
